**FREE REMOTE MINDSET CLINIC**
Join me on Wednesday 4th December from 7pm for a Free Mindset Clinic, done via zoom (or alternative platform)
Mindset for Success.
Get ahead of the competition by preparing your mind to work WITH you not against you.
Your mind can either propel you or paralyse you, especially during competition.
Do any of the following sound familiar:
“My warmup was excellent, but as soon as I entered the arena it all went wrong”
“My horse just didn’t listen at all once we started”
“My mind went blank”
“I felt really tense”
“My preparation at home was excellent, why can’t I do that in the arena?”
“I can’t eat before a competition, I will be sick”.
“Oh *that person* is here again, I have no chance”
“Have you seen who is warming up over there?!”

I could go on for a long time here, but does anything strike a chord? If you can relate, in any form, to anything above, then I can guarantee its your mindset that’s causing the issues.
To free yourself from the mental shackles, there are methods you need to learn and teach yourself, which I can provide you with. No two rider’s mindsets are the same, even if they share the same worries, therefore every rider has a tailor-made plan which we work on to eliminate the problems.
Having completed the Centre10 Course, I then studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and became a Certified NLP Practitioner (Currently awaiting exam results on the NLP Master Practitioner Level), to offer you the ultimate package to enhance your entire life.
The result of this combination, alongside the ridden coaching, provides the rider with powerful tools and techniques unique to them.
There are no set time limits to how any sessions a person requires, but once the techniques are in place, they are there for life, so most people return to me for other issues having seen the power of mindsetting.
This is a totally FREE clinic, you will be offered a private or group session on application to join. A link will be emailed to you on the day to join the session.
