Format
ODE Dressage Show Jumping is judged on faults only. Cross Country is judged on faults only, NOT timed. SX Show Jumping is judged on faults and fastest time. Cross Country is Judged on faults only, NOT timed.
Rules
What to Wear
Appropriate cross country competition wear must be worn. You must wear an up to standard
peakless hat (as per British Eventing Rules) You must wear an up to standard Body Protector (2018
Level 3 Body Protector). If an Air Jacket is worn, this must be worn over a standard Body Protector.
You will need to provide your own number bib - a limited supply will be available to hire on the day
Declaring
Competitors are to declare at the show secretary’s office to collect their numbers and sign a
Disclaimer. Times will be given for Dressage please declare for SJ & XC within 40 minutes of your
Dressage Time.
Cancellation & Withdrawals
You will receive a 100% refund up to the closing date. After this date you will be refunded only if we
can fill your space. If you would like to withdraw please contact us via email or text.
Health & Safety
The Hollies Riding School & Livery has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and
safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable
precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the
organisers and all other officials and stewards.
Legal Liability
No claim will be entertained by the organisers of this event for injury, loss or damage caused to or
suffered by any horse or pony or any other property in connection with or arising from any event
whether or not the said injury, loss or damage is caused by the negligence of the organiser, his
servants or agents. All competitors must have their own personal and third-party insurance and
provide documentary evidence of such cover if requested to do so by the organiser.
