Darlington & District Riding Club are delighted to announce that entries are now open for our Autumn Raby Castle Pleasure Ride on Sunday 13th September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to ride through the beautiful Raby Estate, with exclusive access to areas of the estate not normally open to riders.
Enjoy approximately 8–9 miles of off-road riding through woodland tracks, rolling countryside and parkland with stunning views of Raby Castle.

🚛 Horsebox parking on site
👨👩👧👦 Riders of all abilities welcome
⛑️ A qualified first aider will be present on site
🏵️Rosette for every rider who completes the course
🕙 First riders: 10:00am
🕛 Last rider departure: 12:00pm
Riders will be set off in pairs or small friend groups at one-minute intervals during busy periods.
