Running over 2 days 6th February 70cm and 80cm and 7th February 90cm and 100 .
Arena Eventing Championships – 13-14 March
Washbrook Farm, Aston-le-Walls, Daventry, Northamptonshire NN11 6RT ( This is the same weekend as the Combined training and style jumping qualifier so please be aware if you quailiy you wont be able to do both )
The course Consists of a course of show jumps immediately followed by cross-country fences, and will finish with the last fence as a show jump, the joker fence, which will be set at a discretionary 10cm higher than the rest of the course.
There will be a maximum of 20 jumping efforts, 9 show jumping, 10 XC fences and the joker SJ fence. The Joker fence is a compulsory fence and must be jumped, failure to jump before passing through the finish will be classed as an error of course and penalised as per rules .
BRC run Arena Eventing competitions for Junior and Senior competitors as follows:
AE 100, is a mixed class open to senior and junior teams and individuals, teams may be any combination of senior and/or junior. The best three scores to count.
Senior/Junior AE 90, for teams of four riders, the best three scores to count and individuals.
Senior/Junior AE 80, for teams of four riders, the best three scores to count and individuals.
AE 70, is a mixed class open to senior and junior teams and individuals, teams may be any combination of senior and/or junior. The best three scores to count.
Eligibility
70 - 0BE Points -Riders Not to have completed a BE90, AE90, BRC HT90 or CH90 or above in the current competition year. Rider not to compete at 90 or above in qualifier or championship.
Horses may be registered with BE but must not have any BE points. Not to have been placed in the top six at BE 80 or to have completed a BE 90 or above in the current or previous calendar year.
80 - 0 BE Points - Horses may be registered with BE but must not have any BE points. Not to have been placed in the top six at BE 90 or to have completed a BE 100 or above in the current or previous calendar year
90 - 1BE Point - All horses may be currently registered with BE but must not have been placed in the first six in any BE 100 or completed a BE105 or higher in the current or previous calendar year.
100 - 20 BE Points
Only 1 helper per horse/rider allowed ,helpers that are non members will have to fill out a Covid 19 form for track and track .these forms can be found on brcarea4.co.uk website filled in and emailed to brimhamridingclub@gmail.com
