eligibility
70, 0 BE (10 foundation points ) Rider not to have completed a BE90 / BRC HT 90 in current year or above at close of entry , horses not to of done BE90 or above in previous / current year
80 , 0 BE points horses not to have any BE points , not to have done a BE 100 in current or previous year
90 , no more than 5 BE, not to have done a BE 105 or higher in current or previous year
100 , no limit
