Online entries will carry a booking fee.
Postal entries will be accepted only upon receiving entry fee and stamped address return envelope.
Prize money will be given in the form of cash collected on the day only
Trophies to be held for 1 year.
All competitors must wear wristbands at gate entry and clearly display parking passes
A timetable will be displayed via the show website and Facebook pages and online entries of horse events one week before the show.
All children entering classes must be accompanied by an adult.
All riders must wear a correct standard hat.
All horses entering the showground must be accompanied with the correct passport and flu vaccination.
Correct show etiquette is always expected and the judge’s decision is final. Should a rider fall off in the ring both pony/horse and rider must leave the ring dismounted and can take no further part in that class
In hand, it is mandatory for competitors up to an including the age of 16 to wear a correctly secured riding hat that is currently approved BSI or European standard find new paragraph spurs are not permitted in any show ring.
Entry bands and gate passes
· 1 Entry/ horse- 2 entry bands and one wagon/trailer
· 2 Entries / Horse 3 entry bands and 2 wagon/trailer
· 3-4 Entries/Horse 4 entry bands and 2 wagon/trailer
· 5 Entries/horse 5 entry bands and 3 wagon/trailer
