Polework Clinic with Julia Nelson @Appleton Grange

We are delighted to announce monthly polework clinics on a Saturday with Julia Nelson.

Polework is a great way to keep your horse fresh, increase strength and flexibility, as well as improving balance and rhythm.

Julia has a lifetime’s practical experience of producing young horses through to Advanced Eventers and Grade A Showjumpers (HOYS finalists). She loves coaching and passing on her knowledge and skills to enable others to progress with their training to achieve their goals.

The clinics will be held in our indoor school, so you and your horse will stay dry and toasty no matter what the weather outside is doing.

There will be 3 types of sessions

30-minute walk/trot only sessions,
45 minutes sessions including canter
45 minute 'gymnastic sessions that will include canter, pole work and some small jumps.

Each group will be kept to a maximum of 4.
