WORKING EQUITATION CLINIC
focused on building confidence, control and partnership through Working Equitation obstacles.
Open to all levels. Whether you’re completely new or already competing, sessions will be adapted to suit you and your horse.
OPTIONS AVAILABLE
1:1 SESSION
Individual training focused fully on you and your horse.
• Tailored coaching
• Work on specific challenges
• Ideal if you want focused progress. Ridden if it is your time 1st-3rd time I recommend 1 1/4hr sessions to allow time to go into the details. If you are on session 4 or more 1 hr is usually adequate.
SHARED SESSION (2 RIDERS).
• Session time 1 1/4hr
• Learn by watching as well as riding
• A great option if your horse benefits from downtime or another horse close by
CLEAR ROUND OBSTACLES
Come and have a go without pressure of a full competition. Starting with a course walk with instructor/candidate judge on hand for any questions. 30 minute slots
• Ride through a FULL course of Working Equitation obstacles
• No instruction, just guidance if needed/requested.
• Perfect for low milage horses or riders.
• A chance to build confidence in a relaxed environment your choice for EOH and/or Speed rounds
WHAT WE’LL COVER
Depending on your session:
• Introduction to obstacles or learning to show what the judge wants to see.
• Improving control and accuracy
• Rhythm and flow between obstacles
• Building horse and rider confidence
