ENTRIES CLOSE MONDAY at midnight

TIMES Tues lunch time

REFUND minus £5 admin fee for all wd before close of entry

IF LATE ENTRIES ARE ACCEPTED AFTER CLOSING DATE, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF £5 per entry

 

EQUINE BIOSECURITY

Passports with completed vaccination records must be presented to an NEC representative (Amy or Tina or Lucy) prior to unloading

• Ensure you travel with your horses passport at all times
• Unvaccinated or horses with lapsed or incomplete vaccinations will not be allowed to unload and compete
• Refunds will not be given in circumstances where vaccinations are incorrect or where the passport is not with the horse
