ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY ( £2 extra per class )

• Rosettes 1st to 6th place
• Showing Classes will be split Junior/ Senior depending on entries.
• Horses and Ponies must be four years or over on the 1st January 2026 in order to be mounted at the show.
• Only standard riding whips allowed
• Judges Decision is final.
• Refreshments available
• All Dogs on leads and all poops to be picked up Please.
• No skipping out in wagon park, please take rubbish home
• Cross Country jumps in the Parking field are strictly OUT Of BOUNDS
• In the event of adverse weather please TXT 07930481568
• Approved standard kite marked hats must be worn at all times when mounted.

By entering the competition you agree to abide by the terms and conditions which will be displayed at the Secretaries Tent or send SAE to Hollies Farm Hudswell Lane, Richmond DL10 4SN.

Neither the organisers nor the venue proprietors accept liability for any accident, damage, injury or death to any competitor/equine/spectator/groom or any other person or property present. We advise all competitors their families, employers and spectators to have their own insurance cover for at least third party liability. The organisers of this event have taken precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present for these measures to be effective everyone present MUST take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards. The organisers reserve the right to alter or amend the rules to cancel or divide classes to alter advertise times and to refuse entry without reason as they think necessary at any time without notice.
