This is a rider-only session on confidence and falling off! Confidence theory is at the forefront of Freddy’s teaching technique. The session will include a talk on confidence and how to build it, followed by a practical falling off lesson. The wooden horse, with surrounding crash mats, create the perfect environment for learning fall safety skills. Knowing what to do in a fall scenario can help rebuild confidence after a fall and also help reduce the fear of falling! These sessions will be in groups of 8
