In the first instance you should notify the Organiser of the event you wish to withdraw from as SOON as you know you need to withdraw. The earlier you inform the organiser the higher the chance of you qualifying for a refund.

Every Organiser has their own refund and cancellation policy. If a refund (whether Full or Part) is payable the Organiser will contact Horsevents and we will then action that refund.
Any withdrawal requests made directly to Horsevents will be passed to the relevant Organiser.
