Horsevents isn’t just for large shows and competitions. It’s also an ideal platform for freelance instructors, coaches, and trainers running lessons, clinics, and small-group sessions.
Whether you’re teaching regularly or running occasional sessions, Horsevents gives you a simple, professional way to manage bookings and payments — without unnecessary admin.
Freelance instruction doesn’t always follow a fixed pattern. Numbers can vary, sessions may change, and sometimes you might only have one attendee booked.
That’s absolutely fine.
With Horsevents:
The system works just as well for one-to-one lessons as it does for group clinics.
“I use Horsevents for lessons and clinics — even if only one person books, it just works.” — Freelance Instructor
Using Horsevents, you can:
Everything is managed through an easy-to-use control panel, leaving you free to focus on teaching.
Clients booking your lessons do not need to register to use Horsevents. They can simply book and pay online.
If they choose to register, it makes future bookings quicker — but it’s always optional.
That means:
Spend less time managing bookings and payments and more time doing what you do best — teaching riders and working with horses. Horsevents gives you a simple, professional way to organise your lessons and clinics, without fees, contracts or unnecessary admin.
Promote your sessions through social media or word of mouth, then let Horsevents handle the bookings and payments — keeping everything together in one place.
If you’re a freelance instructor looking for a flexible, free way to manage lesson bookings and payments, Horsevents can help.
