Sophie Minikin McTimoney Therapist & BHS Accredited Coach

Sophie is a McTimoney Equine Therapist covering the Yorkshire Area and BHS Stage 4 Senior Coach.

With 20 years experience teaching a wide variety of clients I am happy to coach all ages and abilities from those just starting out to those wishing to progress in their competition career. I am experienced competing myself up to BE Intermediate/1* (now 2*) and love to share my knowledge and experience to enable my clients to achieve their ambitions.

With the increasing demands we place on our horses with the work we do with them and the way we manage and care for them, it is inevitable that just like humans they will feel the effects from these stresses. The McTimoney technique is a widely recognised chiropractic therapy which is hugely beneficial in treating these effects and producing notable results.

I find as both a coach and chiropractor I get a huge insight into enabling both horse and rider to perform at the best and achieve their goals.
